Lemon Sheet Cake
CAKE PART
1 pkg lemon cake
1 21oz can lemon pie filling
2 eggs
Mix in all 3 ingredients. Spread in ungreased cookie sheet pan.Stretch it. Bake 350 for 20min.
FROSTING
8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 TBS lemon juice
2+ cups powdered sugar
Mix together and spread over cooled cake! Serve chilled or room temp.
Peach Cobbler
1 white or yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 cans sliced peaches
1/2 cup butter(cut in pieces)
1 8oz pkg cream cheese(cut in pieces)
Pour peach slices(drained) on bottom of 9X13 dish. Spronkle cinnamon over peaches. Mix cake mix, cream cheese and butter. Fork it until doughy. Scoop out dough and sprinkle on peaches until covered evenly.
